A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown boxes and brown cartons.
lf you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
If the original package is required, we are able to deliver it separately.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T (30% in Advance upon the PO placing, 70% prior to shipment), L/C, Western Union, Alipay etc.
If you have any required payment, we are willing to discuss with you to make an agreement.
Q3: What is your terms of transaction?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, FCA, C&F, etc. Others can be negotiated.
Q4: How about your lead time?
A: Generally, if we have stocks, it will take 3-5 work days after receiving the advance payment.
The specific lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Generally, smaller quantities may be subject to longer lead times, while larger volumes can be prioritized.
Q5: How to ship the products?
A: We support DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS, by Air, by Sea etc. If you have the agent in China, we also can contact your agent based on your request.
Q6: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers are required to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q7: Can I make a small order first?
A: Yes, of course.
Q8: Do you support the OEM or not?
A: Sure, we support the OEM. Both genuine and OEM are available.
Q9: How about your MOQ?
A: Genuine Parts: As an official dealer, normally we have no MOQ requirements for genuine parts.
OEM Parts: For commonly used models, we also do not impose an MOQ. For less frequently used parts, we will assess each case individually.
Q10: How about the quality of your product?
A: Genuine parts are 100% original. OEMs are based on genuine standard.
Q11: What is your warranty policy?
A: We use the original standard warranty.
