A: Genuine part: It is in genunie package, which can be further wrapped in neutral package or delivered separately.
OEM or aftermarket part: It is in neutral brown boxes or cartons.
lf you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T (30% in Advance upon the PO placing, 70% prior to shipment), L/C, Western Union, Alipay etc.
If you have any required payment, we are willing to discuss with you to make an agreement.
Q3: What is your terms of transaction?
A: EXW, FOB, CNF (CFR), CIF, FCA, etc. Others can be negotiated.
Q4: How about your lead time?
A: Generally, if we have stocks, it will take 3-5 work days after receiving the advance payment.
The specific lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Generally, smaller quantities may be subject to longer lead times, while larger volumes can be prioritized.
Q5: How to ship the products?
A: We support DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS, by Air, by Sea etc. If you have an agent in China, we also can contact your agent for shipping based on your request.

A: We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, but it is required to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Sure, we support the OEM. Both genuine and OEM are available.

A: Genuine Parts: As an official dealer, normally we have no MOQ requirement for genuine parts.
OEM Parts: For commonly used models, we also do not impose an MOQ. For less frequently used parts, we will assess each case individually.

A: Genuine parts are 100% original. OEMs are based on genuine standard.
